The officers who run the center are very helpful and I learn something every time I visit.
You can also rent other pistols for $10, which provides an opportunity to try out different calibers and pistol styles before plunking down a few hundred bucks for your own.
I also love it at Douglas Ridge Rifle Club, but they don't sell ammo unless you're skeet shooting.
Any other places you recommend, with affordable ammo and a solid range setup?
