Chicago with the strictest gun laws in the country has the highest gun violence rate

Blame guns, it is an easy cover up for their failure to manage crime in their city. I would like to see the stats on how many of the guns involved were legally owned.
But you know they will never publish that information. They don't want us to know the truth.

Zero. As it is completely illegal to own a gun in the city of Chicago.

I moved to Illinois a year ago because my fiance' is from here and this is where she wants to live. I'm from Minnesota where I had a concealed carry permit, moved to Colorado with so Marine buddies where you can have a loaded gun on your dashboard. Now I live in the I.S.S.R.. Tell you what guys, I am now a criminal because I break the law everytime I carry concealed. I don't know if there will be a carry law implemented in this state soon. If not, I'm moving out of this bubblegumhole.
