Wait I have a Tac 65 and it shoot my p22 just like the second video, do I need to upgrade mine?

you don't "need" to upgrade it. but you can as an option.
you can upgrade to either anodized aluminum baffles, or stainless steel baffles. stainless is $50 more but I think it is worth it for ease of cleaning and strength over aluminum...
mine is a TAC 65 as well... they didn't have a video of the TAC 65, but they do upgrade TAC 65s and report they get 8.8db quieter than they are with the original baffles.
no new tax stamp needed. just send it off complete and it comes back in a week or so with brand new xcaliber K baffles.
