Bug out bag weight, do you include a tent and sleeping bag?

Since thread zombied up.... here is a large ALICE ruck with CFP90/FPLIF patrol pack buckled to the top.. currently doing duty as 2 person vehicle camp bag with warrrm sleep systems compressed into mss black compress bag, usgi poncho liner, both hammocks, 10x10 bushcraft usa tarp, stakes, paracord, tree straps, bug nets, extra tarp, Catoma IBNS bug tent, all in main ruck... patrol bsg carries clothes, med kit, water bottles.. but as we are vehicle based.. theres 4 gallons of water in vehicle, 3 days of dry foods and weapons and ammo.
