Well, this is simply another page from the Democrat party's playbook -- not needing Congress to make laws, instead regulate through executive order and federal agencies comprised of, and led by, political appointees. Do we really believe SCOTUS will ensure enforcement of its recent Chevron ruling as well as it's seeing that Bruen is enforced?

Never mind, rhetorical question.

I don't click on stuff that just says "MSN" and I have no idea what it is even about.

Having said that, here is an interesting nameplate:

I have the ADD - I need a summery or I won't get to the end.

Trump will win and if we are lucky he will make the 2A great again.

From the article:

"The ATF confiscated nearly 5,500 conversion devices from 2017 to 2021, marking a 570% increase over the previous five-year period, according to the White House."

Well yeah, duh, when your and the previous administration deem certain accessories and devices illegal by administrative fiat, then sic your 3-letter agencies on law abiding citizens to confiscate said accessories and devices that are still legal under the law, you're going to see an increase. And the sheep will lap this crap up like something nefarious was uncovered. Gah!!!

Hate to be the "I told you so" type, but I was spot on a year ago about offsite firearms storage laws under the guise of suicide prevention. The camels toe is under the tent and sniffing!

Machine guns were first restricted by the National Firearms Act of 1934. Federal law flatly bars civilians from owning machine guns produced after 1986, and classifies conversion devices as machine guns even if they are not physically attached to a weapon.
It is almost like the nearly four decade old law is completely worthless because (shocker!) criminals just ignored it. But, hey, millions of law-abiding citizens were denied their rights, so mission accomplished from the anti-freedom crew's perspective.

So much for "for the people, by the people", more reminiscent of a despot.
When power is exercised that affects all peoples, without majority of the electorates approval, don't whine if the other side does the same.
Executive orders that will affect the whole, should not be allowed, without thumbs up from a heavy majority of electorates.

(Says I)

Yeah, just wait until Donnie gets reelected. Ask the same question two years into his reign. I think you will be surprised by the shoes you are wearing.

Squirrel!

As an aside, anyone else see that Chevrolet is coming out with a new Chevelle SS?
Haven't seen it, but no doubt they'll screw it up just like the big three have continually done when they bring back the oldies but goodies.

I mean c'mon... ford turned the maverick into a "truck" for crying out loud... smh

ETA - went ahead and looked it up. It's a camaro with new body panels. The power plants are the only redeeming qualitys about it. But get this...

"The 2024 Chevrolet Chevelle 70/SS base model is expected to start at a minimum price of $150,000, but this price may increase depending on the features and options chosen."

The 1500 HP version, if it ever happens, is expected to be nearly $300k... :s0170:
