You're both right. A person should be able do do business (or not) with whomever they want. But we are also a nation of laws. If we don't like a law, we must comply until we get it changed. In the meantime we can use nullification in the jury box. If you have heard the old saying, we have the four boxes of freedom. The soap box, the ballot box, the jury box and the ammo box. It is sad we are getting so close to the last box.

So where in law does it state age restrictions of ammunition?

Curious why it's now a stink for guns when ammo has been restricted by policy for quite a while.

We have allowed laws to be written that pose restrictions on private business on whom they can and can't serve. One of those is that they cannot discriminate on the basis of age. In my own humble opinion the twenty one year limit now imposed on the purchase of rifles and ammo is illegal under this already unconstitutional law. My only point is that there are ways to nullify an unconstitutional law and until we do, we must abide by them. There are many unconstitutional laws to repeal. We have a lot of work to do. We are very close to being a socialist country. When the ballot box and the jury box don't work, there is only one box left to save our Republic!

I just feedback on the website that I stopped shopping there due to their discrimination against young adults. I used to buy my beer there so it'll hurt. :)
