BGC For Online Sales?

Anyone heard any more info on this? Is this for sales such as gun broker? Or private online sales/ads where you meet face to face?

They can't regulate private sales/ads involving FTF transactions. It isn't possible.

Sales through on line sites like Gun Broker and the other on line dealers all ready have to go through a BGC if they are across state lines. The firearm long gun or handgun has to be shipped to an FFL who has the buyer fill out a 4473 and then conducts a BGC before turning over the firearm to the buyer.
