So I've been to a few Red Frog and other classes for AR-15 platforms, and I've seen a lot of folks have that dry-gun feeling. It's not a good feeling.

My experience is that AR-15's like to be run wet. Really wet. So wet.

What's your go-to aerosol lube for that get wet feeling?! I mean reach into your range bag, spray, and back in the fight. No pins coming out, no fuss. Just spray and pray that gun works now.

I switched to grease over oil on my AR.

If spray on is the game, ballistol is the answer.

Break free CLP in the squirt bottle.

But I often just keep some cherry balmz CLP in a little container in either my grip, or a small pouch with tools, boresnakes, and spare parts.

Since switching to grease I haven't felt that feeling ever in a single range trip. Maybe after the 2nd range trip, I ppace a few drops on the BCG and cycle it.

If your AR is jamming because it isn't soaked in lube, something is wrong.
