Best .308 Ammo

What do ya'll consider to be the best .308 ammo out there? By best I mean - in your opinion what is the best value, best brand, or best surplus you can get your hands on.

I would like to know where to buy a good bulk of .308

I haven't used that steel cased Wolf ammo - it is cheap, but I would like something I can get a few reloads out of. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
