Well he cant be as bad as the last attorney general, the one who denied us Habeas Corpus. Eric Holder had some incredibly small shoes to fill from Bush's appointee.

You all sound very confused, I gather you don't like Eric Holder, but I can't tell exactly why.

5 year old's logic of "mommy Johny did it first" won't cut it.
Besides the Patriot Act was something that Congress has passed and was not made up by Ashcroft.
The Dems had complete control of the federal government for the first 2 years under Obama. Why didn't they get rid of it?

Obama can be blamed for Fast and Furious because in 2006 he hypontized George W Bush to enact the failed operation

If you had clue one (which you obviously lack), you would know that Operation Wide Receiver during the Bush administration was entirely different than Operation Fast and Furious. In Wide Receiver, the Mexican government was notified ahead of time. The guns had electronic tracking devices hidden in them, and were tracked from the moment they left the gun shop to the moment the arrests were made in Mexico, by both American and Mexican LEOs. When the bad guys finally discovered the tracking devices, the operation was immediately shut down. No guns were lost.

In Fast and Furious, the guns were allowed to walk with no tracking whatsoever. The Mexican authorities were never notified, and are now justifiably pissed at us because of that. The guns; thousands of them; were all lost except for the few recovered later at crime scenes.

To cast these two operations as 'the same' is either profoundly ignorant or profoundly dishonest.
