One or the other usually with me …

Do you pocket carry it? I also carry a G19 appendix but I would like to figure out a way to also carry my snubnose on me at all times. I've tried carrying in my front pocket but it's not my favorite.
This DeSantis pocket holster has made front pocket carry not only possible but comfortable with the 642. Keeps the butt positioned so I just slip my hand in the pocket and it's right there. The holster design breaks up the outline of the revolver. And the exterior treatment keeps it in place. I've practiced drawing (unloaded at home/loaded on the range). Easy out, easy back in. Highly recommended.

I have a quality pocket holster but I just feel like the gun prints quite a bit. I've thought about carrying in my back pocket but I'm not a huge fan of having the gun behind me. Plus sitting on a hard chunk of metal will have my back acting up in now time. Maybe I need to try a soft holster.

Ideally I'd like to carry the revolver on my right side as I carry my G19 on my left side appendix. Being able to access a gun with either hand would be my goal. I even thought about carrying appendix on my right side. Weight isn't an issue with the revolver at all.

Her snubby is a 1930s police 38 special that my best Bud's father carried as a Seattle cop.
Built strong, only shoot the Elmer Keith FBI hollow point load thru it.

Like one of our friends said. She carries her Grandmothers 1909 32ACP. Scribed with Grandma's SSN on it. Thats how NYC did registration in those days.
She says The last guy that climbed on top of my Mother got 6 shots in the side as he was trying to undo her clothes.
She said it worked well for her, so she carries Hers with the same Idea.
