Disrupt the central nervous system and you'll disrupt their behavior…. Practice makes perfect…. Focus on the snotlocker…
The last shooting like this caught on bodycam that was what the LEO had to do to stop that woman. She still got him good with a knife and damn near killed him. One of his shots finally hit her in the central possessor and turned her off but that is a VERY damn hard shot to make when the zombie is charging you with a knife in hand.

I have LONG been in the "any gun is better than no gun" crowd. When I first started with Wife she had no guns and little knowledge. for a long time her house and carry gun were wheel guns. What turned me was all the damn video's. Had long heard stories of some dobad soaking up rounds and not going down. I thought most of these were tales told over and over and blown up with the retelling. As it got to where camera's were everywhere I started to see way too many where some drug zombie would soak up rounds from a service pistol and refused to shut down. Made me start arming Wife with a double stack auto for home. Still simple designs. All she has to do it point and pull. Difference is now they will fire 18 times if needed
Capacity is not the reason for my liking my wife's decision to buy and shoot a Glock 43, and if you know me at all you know I don't like Glocks...
It was the lighter trigger pull. Like a DA revolver, every trigger pull is the same, but it's lighter. That makes a big difference in the way she shoots the gun. She shoots better with an SA auto or DA revolver with the hammer cocked, but SA autos require more than just drawing your gun and pulling the trigger.
We learn to work with what the good Lord gave us, don't we?
Of course we do!

Now, we talking guns or ?? :s0023:

When I owned a van and was driving all over the country I kept a snubby in it to be legal where I drove. Found it to be really easy and inconspicuous to slip it into my back jeans pocket when getting out of the van. I still like snubbies for some things, like boot carry, and larger revolvers for hiking/camping. Can't beat the reliability.

Does the 3" barrel on my Kimber K6s count as 'snubbie'? Would it be allowed in class?

I can't speak for the kind of education it received before I had it as it came from New York. I, however, have tried raising it right. I have allowed it to watch my other guns and hopefully it has picked up some good habits. I feed it well, bath, prvoide it shelter and read to it as much as I can.

It may not have the pedigree of a S&W or Ruger, but I believe it has the potential to be a well-rounded, educated, contributing member of the gun community.
Narrowest 6 shot .357 on the market, quality is on par with my SW and Colt, without question.

I carry a North American Arms 22 in my front pocket,
CCW in my wallet. I don't carry often but even a small
weapon can be a helpful deterrent. Hammer back before
you pull yur hand out.

I've had it in my hand bewtween hand and shopping cart when in dark parking lot going from store to car. Invisible to all. But I don't cock the hammer unless I need to (my personal preference). Lots of creepies, druggies, homeless used to occupy parking lots due to the bottle exchange. Fortunately now a lot of those exchange machines are gone so fewer crowds of creepies there. Also those mobile flashing blue police things are set up overnight in lots of parking lots now.

Went to Home Depot like 3 min before they opened and that machine was saying something like "warning move away…" or some such in really loud recording. It stopped right at the opening time. I kinda keep expecting some crim to tow them away and sell cameras on eBay or something. :s0112:

Empty beer bottle. Don't be wasteful. :)
I would debate that there may be a Cost/Benefit analysis to be done as to brand of beer, and would postulate that there is a "break-even point" at which the crappiness of the beer may justify having the additional kinetic energy of a full bottle beneficial to the task at hand, and the loss of that liquid would be only a minor waste that could be absorbed/negated by drinking another crappy beer.

Conversely, I would entirely agree that certain beers would require that one empty the contents into an appropriate (oral) receptacle prior to employing the bottle toward combat.

All good points. I especially liked the Kinetic Energy comment. 👍
