Anyone have hands-on with B5 keymods?

Just like the title says. I`m toying with the idea of midlength B5 keymod handguards from SKDTac or Palmetto to put on my next upper. I like that they`re really slim but can`t find any good solid reviews on them, nor any installation instructions. I suspect they drop in like MOE? Picture shamelessly stolen from google.
