Well since I am really wanting to start tinkering with my own firearms. Yea I would love to see a whole restoration. Especially how to totally breakdown a 1911. which I own but never have done

That looks very nice, though Velzey is a full service gunsmith, i'm fairly confident he has all the toolsI have ALL the tools to build your project, I used to do the same, only I took a officers slide and mount it on a full size Essex frame. so if you need the tools let me know.
