Well sure, doing THAT is the easiest thing a politician can do. If you really want to scratch the surface in that context though, find out if she's gone to bat for vets who've had their 2A zapped from them under "PTSD".

Patty Murray is your perfect case for term limits.

Doc Hastings is another. He signed the Contract with America in 1994 (which endorsed a 12 year limit for Congress) and he is still in office twenty years later! :huh:

And that is how we can make like most difficult for gun-control politicians in close districts. Oregon OR Washington. Give people (even non-gun people) a reason to vote NO.

Murray's district isn't really a close one. She only beat Rossi by 4% (>100k votes) in 2010, but in the previous two elections she had double digit margins over her competitors. Now that she's been embedded for 16 years, she has a fundraising advantage as well - she raised twice the amount of money that Rossi did in 2010.

Rossi had the NRA endorsement, but Murray had the female vote, the King County Democrat block, the unions and Boeing. Murray also did very well with veterans and retirees, who are more likely to vote than other groups.
