Alcan Powder Data?

I just lucked into a keg of Alcan AL-5.
Does anyone have a load data book for Alcan?
I'm only interested in Data for 9mm 38 Special, 357 Mag and 45 ACP.

I have some AL-5 that was left over from reloading shotgun shells in the 1960's. I use it in 9MM and it works fine. I use the information that I found in the Alcan Reloading Manual XI available here:
