Yes I know the sign would last about 20min in most these places but maybe if you could etch it into some 1/2" T-1 Armor plate and anchor it with a 6" I beam and a yard of concrete.

Of course we would want to alter it slightly but I think the choices are pretty close

And I note the other sign - my Dad retired from Duke Energy about a decade ago...
