I'm sure that mayor hasn't been toeing the current progressive/leftist agenda and isn't complicit in allowing this degradation of French society.......

Maybe he'll change his tone now that they tried to burn his home down?

One would think there is always going to be that "eureka moment", but sadly I think a lot of these folks don't have any common sense. No idea about that mayor at all so just guessing based on what I see here locally with politicians/idiots.

I know they mobilized 45,000 police and saved that Main Street of Paris (can't recall
The name) from getting looted and destroyed so maybe their president has an idea what the stakes are. I don't know much of anything about it other than little blurbs I see though.

Sounds like his wife has broken leg but young children (5&7 yo) unhurt.
