Yes but the primer pocket may burn out faster due to the hotter primer.

I have had no issues with pressure changes with swithching back and forth. Meaning same load and powder charge with no issue on pressure. However if at the top of the list toward max load, some to highly advise that you back off %5 to %10 on charge with using a ag primer and work back up.
In the loads That I have been using that has not been an issue.
