For gifting of purchased stuff that someone who would read this forum, what are some ideas (or comparisons/reviews which are reliable in your experience) ?
My top would be a Kershaw Blur, but the list is of pretty good options.
( I owned my Griptilian for less than an hour ... won it shooting Speed Steel, lost it to the wife as soon as she saw it was blue )
Not on the list but I suggest
- Old Timers - like the Cattleman style
Ontario RAT - I really like this work horse knife series. In my rotation.

The best gift in our family would be if when the kids and grand kids come over they could put the gdamn cell phones down for an hour and have a conversation, and not have or 4 or more of them staring at those flat screen electronic crack pipes incessantly.
I found something I think my dad would love but dont have $1200 for a Christmas gift that is more of a novelty.....any one have any places to buy replicas (that work) of these?
