uzi
The Uzi ( (listen); Hebrew: עוזי, romanized: Ūżi; officially cased as UZI) is a family of Israeli open-bolt, blowback-operated submachine guns first designed by Major Uziel "Uzi" Gal in the late 1940s, shortly after the establishment of the State of Israel. It is one of the first weapons to incorporate a telescoping bolt design, which allows the magazine to be housed in the pistol grip for a shorter weapon.
The Uzi prototype was finished in 1950. It was first introduced to Israel Defense Forces (IDF) special forces in 1954, and the weapon was placed into general issue two years later. The IDF supplied Uzis to rear-echelon troops, officers, artillery troops and tank crews, as well as a frontline weapon by elite light infantry assault forces.
The Uzi has been exported to over 90 countries. Over its service lifetime, it has been manufactured by Israel Military Industries, FN Herstal, and other manufacturers. From the 1960s through to the 1980s, more Uzi submachine guns were sold to more military, law enforcement and security markets than any other submachine gun ever made.
I have an Uzi folding stock assembly that is missing the take-down button. It can be taken down by pushing the inner button with a screw driver. Includes mounting stud and screw.
$22.00.

My wife picked up these Uzi 32 rd. magazines at an estate sale the other day thinking that they would fit my Thompson SMG.
All three have been altered (see pics) and I suspect that they were being prepped to fit an AR-9.

Hello! Looking to buy some Preban original factory Uzi IMI 9mm 25/32 round magazines. Must be in good condition. Would like to buy locally before ordering online. Tried to buy some from a clown at the most recent Redmond gun show but the dude was a space cadet. Thanks for looking!

This is a Norinco Uzi in excellent shape. They are no longer imported, and are getting harder to find. It is pretty fun to shoot, especially since 9mm has been getting so cheap. It will include one factory magazine, as well as both the wooden and folding stocks seen in the pictures...
