stribog
In Slavic mythology, Stribog (Stribozh, Strzybóg, Stribor, Стрибог), is the god and spirit of the winds, sky and air; he is said to be the ancestor (grandfather) of the winds of the eight directions. He was a connector of heaven and earth. People believed that to a large extent they depended on his actions, because he could bring frost, but one way or another, also wealth, while he gave the right part for the deal to the right person.Stribog, usually described as a thin old man with long tangled gray hair and a very thick beard, had many analogues in various mythologies around the world. He was often compared to the Hindu god Vayu, the lord of the winds. He always lives in the Sea of Okiyan, on the island of Buyan. The winds were considered as the grandchildren of Stribog, but he controlled them, and, according to the Eastern Slavs, they were made requests for successful winds. As the powerful weather god associated with the atmosphere, Stribog could control lightning, whirlwinds, hurricanes, winds and storms over the oceans and seas on earth. The etymology of the name is disputed. The names of some lakes, rivers and villages on Russian and Polish lands are derived from Stribog or Strzybóg cf. the village Strzyboga near Skierniewice in Poland. Some consider this evidence of Stribog worship in those areas. There is a tale by Croatian writer and poet Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić called Šuma Striborova, meaning "Stribor's forest", as part of her collection of tales titled Croatian Tales of Long Ago.
Got a new/only installed no salt all metal construction telescoping brace for the stribog. Decided I like folders better so its up for grabs. Bought from Ranier Arms a month ago for $400. I'd like $300 cash or $400 in trade value. Meet at sportsmans warehouse off 185th.

Is it worth it? I have roller delayed 9mm guns and Stribog A1 9mm. Is it worth the $ to add 10mm to the stable? I know people spend obscene amounts to have custom made mp5 in 10mm but maybe that’s just an hk worship thing. Seems to me Stribog is as good for 1/6-1/7 the cost.
Direct fit for Stribog SP9 A1/A2/A3, SP10 and SP45 models. In good shape, no damage. Im just going to SBR it and will use a rifle stock instead. Cash only, no trades.
Up for sale is a Grand Power Stribog SP9A1 Gen 2 9mm pistol. It is 100% factory stock. I purchased this new as a pistol about 4 years ago. This has not seen much use other than pulling in and out of the safe and handling. Maybe 200 flawless rounds down range on this guy.
I decked out and SBR'd...

Hey I’ve got a nice AR build, just have too many in the safe so curious what kind of trades are out there.
Aero upper, Wilson combat lower, geissele lower parts kit. Depending on the trade I’ll either keep or include the optic/light.
Up for sale for a heavily discounted price is an A3 tactical modular folding stock. It is set up for a stribog but the mount can be swapped for a picatinny 1913, a b&t, or a few other options.
I am moving parts around on my Stribog SBR and this will no longer be used. It is in great condition...
Brand new never used A3 Tactical lower that lets you use CZ Scorpion mags. Has last round bolt hold open. No trades, need cash. $100 firm meet in outer SE Portland.
FYI mcarbo trigger springs kit brought my Stribog .22 trigger down to 1lb 15 oz. Some of that may be due to ceramic lubricant I put in there too. Lube not that big of an effect compared to spring kit though. This is standard current Stribog trigger same as 9mm etc.
I don't shoot either of these calibers and was wondering why one would want .45 ACP over 10mm. Not sure how serious I am about either but before possibly jumping in on 10mm want to see if there is some reason m(s) to consider 45 ACP over 10mm.
They both look similar in barrel length and layout...
Up for sale is 5 Stribog mags. These are the curved magazines that are recommended by the manufacturer to replace the straight mags that caused failure to feed.
I have over a dozen of these and have never had an issue. I could use the extra money rather than have these extras lying around...
