Ive' bought a lot from them over the last 12 years and still get disrespected when I'm in there. My last experience with a CZp09c is enough for me to never go back. It was known that some of the early models had issues. While purchasing I asked if they would help me with warranty work if I had was unlucky enough to purchase a bad one. Mine was bad. When I showed up to try an warranty the CZ they acted all annoyed and said the couldn't do it and that I would have to deal with CZ. CZ said they most certainly could do it and the guy was "being lazy". I was lied to.... Northwest Armory is a much better choice. YMMV

Many people who come in does not realize that there is a process in how they run their business - a sign in sheet by the door for a waitlist to be helped by an attendant. Many people come in and don't sign in for awhile and wonder why they are being ignored. I am guilty of this for my first time visitng there.

Since then, I have come back a plethora of times and the experiences have all been pleasant. Joe does good work with Form 1 and Form 4s.

My go-to LGS without hesitation. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and professional across the board. I've purchased from Joe, Scott, and Stuart over the years, and each time has been a great experience. Joe in particular always nails what I'm after.

I have only been buying firearms for a few years now and am still learning. I found my groove at Keith's because their staff (Stu, Joe, Maria, Keith, Scott...mainly whom I have dealt with) has been patient with me and my questions. I don't mind being humbled and am patient with people. They never made me feel dumb or unwelcomed with my need for education. This is really appreciated as getting into guns can have its challenges and be a bit intimidating at times. I have had far worse experiences at other stores that I will not name as that is not the point of this review. I understand my experience might not be the same as others have had at Keith's. Myself, my wife, and my friends have enjoyed their way of conducting business and will continue to shop there. I have purchased new and used guns from them and they all have been satisfactory experiences. I highly suggest them as a safe, knowledgeable, and affordable store to shop at.

I have been shopping here for year and started to notice a trend. The used stuff has increased in price over the years. It used to be that you could get some good used stuff at a fraction of the price. Now, the stuff is just plain expensive for what it is. You a better to buy new than take a chance on a used scope package only to find out the scope sucks and doesn't work. This has happened to me twice now. He prices the stuff right up where he believes the stuff is exceptionally good. That was the negative but the positive is he still is in business after all these years. Still does a free scope mount with purchase of rifle etc. He will back his stuff unless it is electronics or optics. Then you have to go to the manufacturer or elsewhere. I don't blame him for this policy. It is hard to tell with that stuff. So I get that. I do appreciate he is trying to get his kids into the business as you don't see many parents doing things like this with the gun business. He support all second amendment rights and has been an advocate for them since his shop opened.

Great service. Great selection. Great deals on used firearms. Been around since i was a kid and Keith still runs it. Only place i shop in Gresham.

I traded my Ruger .22 in here for a Sig .22.

Staff will give you some misinformation like the P322 is MSRP of $500, when it's really $400. Just standing my ground, I had him double check the actual price, and was in/out of there getting what I needed, at the correct price, and with a better understanding btwn the staff of a well stocked gun shop and myself. I value that understanding.

I had previously bought pistols from Cabelas and Sportsmans Warehouse. I plan to keep going to Keith's, instead.

Heck you can tell that some of the staff there are lifers so you would benefit from the rapport, instead of the high turnover rate at the big box stores.

Support local gun shops. Keiths is a great place.

People get used to the idea of convenience. They forget that commerce is comprised of people exchanging money for goods, and probably are so used to clicking around on Amazon, etc with zero human element, that they get miffed when they actually have to assert themselves.Think about it though, do they actually treat you the way you like at the big box shops? Probably not so shop @ keiths and introduce yourself. Let yourself be known. It is a shop where people matter.

There's a woman that's usually manning the display cases. She's always rude (most of the staff are there) and lies. She tried to sell me a revolver, agreed to buy it, thought she was gonna send someone down to get one but instead reaches into the gun case. I say wait, that's not new, that's a display model. She replies "it's new". I said no, it's not, it has fingernail scratches all over the rubber grip. It's not a new revolver, how much of a discount for the display model? She says "3%". You can't even do 5%? Her: "No. 3%.".

All the staff there treats the customers like they're inmates or on parole. They act like a bunch of ex-cops. Worst gun shop this side of the Mississippi. I walked out and haven't returned since 2013.

Keith was very helpful with taking in my Trade-in's and closing out on 3 very nice guns. You have to appreciate good customer service! Feels like family coming in and talking to everyone.

Always has plenty of ammo and guns, great selection,
I understand the number ticket system, so that customers are not ignored,
but if there is just 2 or 3 people, exceptions can be made.

I was shopping for a semi-auto turkey shotgun. It was down to a Beretta or a Savage.

Keith's would special order either of them for me. They may a few calls and let me know the Savage would be in hand in about a week. The Beretta would take a few months.

I decided on the Savage and placed the order. They let me know when it arrived and I picked it up. Please note this was during a very high consumer demand period and they took the time to do this special order.

Also - very good selection of unusual ammo.

Recommended retailer.

Great experience all together, The person that helped knew his guns and took the time to help me find what I was looking for and I did not feel rushed or pressured.

This is my go to most the time even if it's a bit of a drive. Sometimes there's a bit of a line (they still get to me much quicker then the staff at sportsmans) the service is great. They have a good selection and staffs very knowledgeable. Friendliest staff I've encountered and answered all my questions no matter how dumb the questions were.

I live within 1 mile from this shop. The owner Keith and his wife are great. I've bought everything from rifles, handguns, magazines, ammo from each and they always treat me well.

One staff in particular the asian one, Twan clearly cares more about his commission, so much so that my interaction with him the last 3 times I've been there means I won't be returning.

I came in looking for a rival sfx trophy edition which they did not have. He quickly lost interest and try to sell me on another more expensive gun. I declined and before I could finish he proceeded to walk away.

I asked for magazines for another firearm which they also didn't have. He began to walk away again.

Third time stopping him since they require you sign in or else I would have just waited for another available sales rep. I ask for ammo, he grabs 1 box and proceeds to walk away. I wanted 3, so I flag him again and ask for a different caliber. AGAIN he proceeds to walk to the register before I could finish.

Two previous experiences were similar when shopping for rifle case and ammo

It's a shame I drive by here almost daily yet I am more driven to go to AFT.

Everyone else there is at least helpful if you happen to be called by them, young white guy being the most helpful
