Unless you have a legal Ativan or Valium tablet to take an hour before entering this place, do your nervous system a favor and SHOP AT A DIFFERENT STORE!

If you can deal with the staff, location, and Keith, then you will likely find what you're looking for. Sometimes for a great price. But is it worth it...

They are too far away to drive to to find out if they have a product in stock and they never answer their phones, even when the store is empty.
That is my only complaint about them.

I bought a really nice, really hard to find, cheapass shotgun. Spotted them at the gun show, found what I wanted, but didn't want to pick it up that day. Went to Keith's the next day, he remembered me and honored the price we had negotiated, and found me some ammo. Only $10 for the background check, too.

I have purchased a couple of firearms from Keith's with no issues.

My first time shopping there I felt like everyone else. What horrible customer service! Then my next few time I sat there and watched how things work there. They are always busy. You can't be afraid to ask for help.Does help to have an idea on what you are looking for because they are so busy all the time. Plus they were selling Black Rifles for normal prices when the ban scare was going on.

I will spend my money else where. These guys do not care if you have money in hand to buy, therefore I will not waste my time going there anymore.

I asked about an item and this kid just pointed in the general direction for it. I walked over and looked for the item and didn't see it so I asked if he could show me and instead of helping me he points in the general direction again so I walked out for the last time.

When I ask to see something, I do not expect the service to roll their eyes.
I asked to see just one thing Little Missy. Look here! I've got money in my pocket, and your job is to sell stuff. Figure it out!

I've purchased four or five guns from Keith's over the years. I always got a good deal, but the customer service was nowhere near that of other gun shops. I'd recommend you know exactly what you want and be aggressive when asking for help their shop.
