So... what is the "provision" in the Montana Constitution that infers a "right to clean environment"?

Edit found it.

apparently there's an actual section of the Constitution of the State of Montana.
"Section 1. Protection and improvement. (1) The state and each person shall maintain and improve a clean and healthful environment in Montana for present and future generations.

(2) The legislature shall provide for the administration and enforcement of this duty.

(3) The legislature shall provide adequate remedies for the protection of the environmental life support system from degradation and provide adequate remedies to prevent unreasonable depletion and degradation of natural resources."

Two of the plaintiffs were Badge and Lander Busse. Their dad, Ryan Busse, is the the anti-gun activist who used to be an executive at Kimber, until they realized his motives and fired him.

Nothing will change until China, with its huge amounts of coal fired power plants, changes how they produce power with something much cleaner. Natural gas, nuclear, etc.
