The spawning large mouth bass start to bite, the chinook flood in, and my favorite over size sturgeon and they are really easy to catch this time of year, the keeper season is closed for sturgeon on the willamette so they are hungry, we have been catching some nice 7 and 8 footers the last couple weeks
