Aaaaaand San Francisco has dropped into third place behind Portland and Seattle in the race to see which city can turn themselves into the biggest shhhh...errr...crap-hole in the shortest amount of time.

SF, however, has a several year head start on Portland and Seattle so it makes sense that they would see the stupidity of their ways first. But don't you count them out yet! There's some really dumb people running that town and they may have already past the point of no return. It ain't over until the fat lady sings!
