That's a nice Beaver!

Man oh man. In our neck of the woods the beavers aren't nearly as nice. We stumbled across this dead one yesterday while out hiking.

These perps were prowling my neighborhood last night. There was a fourth one on the other side of the street, possibly with small antlers.

Yesterday driving to Lincoln City for lunch and saw all the pickups parked along the way with hunters, almost every turn out.

About 10 minutes ago, my security camera at the front gate to our property alerted me to this buck casually strolling through into our front yard. Made me chuckle to think of all you hunters out there hoofing it through the woods, when i am sitting here in my Lazyboy watching him eat our apples. Pays to live out in the country!!
