Who to SBR a Sterling

I am about to receive a Type 1 Wiselite Sterling Carbine. If it runs well, I plan to SBR it and thread for a suppressor asap. I Don't believe Oregon Research Labs does this work, and I note Tornado Tech is currently only accepting pistols. Can anyone reccomend where to have this done? I live in Portland.

Thanks for the info guys. I have heard good things about TROS, so I will go with them. Thread on barrels was very interesting too.
