I purchased a gun from one fellow here. We met at the shooting range. I am wondering where else you guys did your purchase. It is not safe to inspect the gun in the public place and maybe illegal. Any input will be welcome.

Am I the only one that would do the sale at my own house? Is there a law against this? And why am I the only one that would do it in my home?
I've done quite a few just outside the secure area at the port of portland.
Also courthouses, national parks, and the capitol building rotunda.
In front of jails and banks also work pretty well.
