What lower should I mate with a Banshee .45acp Barrel & BCG

I'm looking at doing a home build banshee to save some money compared to buying a whole banshee... I'm looking for suggestions for what lower I should use, I'm leaning towards the Foxtrot Mike FM45 Lower complete set. Any other suggestions would be great, thanks!
