What is this?

Since I have some down time from work for the next bit of time I have been cleaning through my box of random shooting stuff and I have come across a couple of tools that I have no idea what they are or where I have acquired them from. They have been sitting at the bottom of my box of random gun stuff for a while and I would love to know what they actually are. Anybody have any ideas?

Bottom pic is a device for cracking walnuts, kinda fancy for that purpose though.

Top tool is a Breach Plug tool, and the bottom tool is for an AR buffer tube install/removal!

Nah, the top tool is for adjusting sliding closet doors.

The top one is a vertical ruler, used to measure things. This one does both metric and US measurements. The thing beside it is just used as a reference for size.

The bottom picture is a horizontal ruler with something beside it to reference size.
