My Dad is in his 90's now but he rode well into his 80's & many times he did 100 mile bicycle rides. Now due to his excessive rides, he's lost the cartilage in his left ankle and left wrist.

Spends his days limping around the house driving Mom crazy with his incessant TV channel changing

I usually step up my exercise regimen with a hunt coming up, but when returning from Dall Sheep hunting (8 days in the Brooks Range, Alaska which turned into 11 when the plane didn't arrive as planned), and in the shower at home, I looked down and saw somebody else's legs attached to my body.

Seriously. I had to look twice. Biking and running never did that, dramatically and fast.

Bicycles....I rode. A lot. But when I turned 16 and got a drivers license my bikes were all gasoline powered after that.
