Dunno, when USSR fell, lots of those fulcrums got sold to private citizens. I saw a wing of them once over Frankfurt in the 90s. Kinda freaked out until I found out they were having an air show. Still trippy seeing it. There were some "come fly a Russian fighter plane" companies that had some. Maybe there is one in your area?

I don't know the planes but in the late 70's they used to practice flyover's close to the tree tops up and down the hills in the Wallowa mountains many times with sonic booms, maybe from Pendleton but more likely Idaho
