Same here with the Vodka and Tequila, if I drink to much I usually do something bad that I don't remember doing. Did that a few nights ago, I should probably lock up my phone when I drink.

That sounds downright vulgar! (And they wonder why I don't drink).

Stopped by the liquor store after work today so I'm enjoying some Big Bottom Navy Strength Gin Neat, and some Espolòn Reposado Neat. I also emptied a half gallon of monarch 100 proof vodka as soon as I got home.






To experiment with some infusions in mason jars.


L>R Chai, Wood, Honey Liqueur, Fir Tips, Hibiscus

I plan on adding some Juniper and Cedar berries to the Fir Tips to make a Compound Gin, and the Hibiscus I'm going to make into a liqueur when it finishes steeping either tonight or tomorrow.
