It's All Good Bro'! No Apologies Necessary. I just can't handle the Fizz. Plus, I don't want a Beer Belly. Need to keep my body Sleek.ABV: 4.8% (apologies in advance to @Mono1)

Sounds like a good mix of beverages. To celebrate my birthday I'm having one of my very last bottles of my favorite beer - Rogue Hazelnut Nectar (2 left) paired with Ol' Smokey Salty Caramel whiskey.

I had a buddy who had a saying that went "Same thing, only diffrent".We've been trying to eat up anything perishable.
So tonight I'm trying to empty the beer fridge.
Wife says it's not the same thing.
I beg to differ....
Summertimes comin'. I usually get the inkling to start making them as July 4th approaches. Don't know why.Bloody Marry
OK that's respectable.Pelican Hazy Double IPA for a change.
(Hey @Mono1 at 8.7% ABV it's got a little kick)

The bad news is that I chase one can of high % ABV with several Coors light piss water brews of 4.2% ABV, it's a yin and yang balance I've been trying to achieve for many years now with limited success. Some nights the results are better than others.OK that's respectable.![]()

I had one of those last night with my quesadillas for dinner. Pretty good stuff!Pelican Hazy Double IPA for a change.

Classic sherry dram. I figured @sobo would approve, being an enjoyer of Aberlour. The Macallan 12 Year Old
Smooth, rich, and confidently understated. Right away you get sherry sweetness, oak, vanilla, dried fruit, and a touch of spice. Warm without being harsh.
The finish is long, mellow, and just complex enough to remind you why Macallan built its reputation in the first place.
ABV: 40%
Verdict: 8/10
Not flashy… just polished and dependable.
Barcelona bonus:
Hits especially well watching the sun drop behind the cathedral while the city slows down below.
