OK, let's throw this one out to the the masses, since talking to people around town hasn't done the trick. I have a Wham-o Powermaster .22 single shot pistol circa late 60's or early 70's that won't fire. The spring seems to have lost it's power, so the pins barely impacting the cartridge anymore. This seems to be a pretty rare pistol, so no one has a clue as to how to fix this (where to get a new spring?). Any ideas out there? Anyone have any experience with the Wham-o Powermaster?

Yeah, it's the same company that makes Frisbees. In case anyone's curious, here's a couple links talking about the pistol.

Thanks!

Wow, that's amazing. I've stumped the forum. Granted, it's probably a lost cause. If I can't get the spring replaced (if that's indeed the issue), then it's an interesting, non-functioning curio. For what it is, no complaining, but I've gotta say I'm a bit surprised that no one had ideas. Thank to all that thought about it, though!

I've seen that site before, and it looks kind of abandoned and I couldn't find an email address to send to. Just in case, though, I left a comment, and crossed my fingers that they're still checking back once in a while. Thanks.
