    I guess he figures 591 will fail and 594 will pass!

    Another thing is that they're taxing (pay a fee) a Constitutional right, is that even legal now?

    Innocently disguised as a paperwork backlog clean-up...these people are conniving, asswipes! Notice how they are hiring temporary staff so as not to have to pay them any benefits :rofl1:. Is this at Inslee's discretion and no up/down vote on the proposed expenditure is required, or is this part of a proposed budget that still has to clear the legislation? Either way, I'll be sending out e-mails to my representatives.
