vixen spotting scope information needed

i was cleaning out my closet (making a gift hiding place) and came upon a old spotting scope my pop gave me. i looked on the web and not much information on it. it is a vixen model # r60s made in japan. 60 mm, 25x, straight design black armored type housing. its in real good condition and i would like to know more about it etc. and ofcourse potential value, please help.
