Need Help Finding This Pic Rail

I went to the local gun shop today, looking for a 3" picatinny rail.

The rails they have won't fit on this forend.

This is on an Izhmash AK47.

The rail I'm looking for is 3" long, and has 4 holes.

Looks very close to Mlok spacing. IE any mlok rail will work if using just the screws with out the locking nut.
