VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION

Since the new emergency enactment goes into effect immediately, what happens to everyone who was waiting to file their Form 1 for the pistol brace? The state will ban the MANUFACTURE, importation, distribution, sale, or offer for sale of any "assault weapon" in the state of Washington. Form 1 is an application to "make/manufacture". Are we now stuck without any options?
