I don't believe any state honors Oregons CHL, because Oregon doesn't honor any other. Lack of reciprocity.

Technically true. I believe Idaho states that it accepts all permits, but they may have changed it to legal concealed for everybody. Many constitutional carry states say anybody.

Oregon is so quirky every time I check and it varies with sources.
I consider it a non-reciprocal, stand alone license.
