TMJ Projectiles vs Plated and does Speer make projectiles for Federal ammo?

I am looking at buying some pulled TMJ projectiles and the seller doesn't disclose the brand. They are 75gr .224 TMJ bullets and I suspect they might be the same bullet loaded in the Federal 224 Valkyrie ammo. The Federal 224 Valkyrie ammo is pretty well reviewed. These may have the rebated tail, hard to tell from photo.

Does Federal make their own TMJ bullets or do they use TMJ bullets from Speer.

Federal has there own they make and use others but if you're just wanting some target bullets you can get 1000 22cal 62gr bullets for less than $120.
