Selling three 8mm Mausers, including two Yugo M48As and one k98. Details:
M48A #1: all matching, includes original sling and a front sight hood and cleaning rod. Fully cleaned, good bore and great shooter. Bluing wear throughout, minor surface pitting below wood line.
M48A #2: mismatched with some force matching, yugo M48B stamped trigger guard and floorplate. No front sight hood or cleaning rod. Excellent bluing and stock condition. Not cleaned or shot by myself as of yet, but cycles flawlessly.
1945 DOT k98: All German parts from post war and also wartime manufacture. Stamped winter trigger guard and floorplate. 1945 receiver, all matching. Waffenamt stamps scrubbed by Czechs post war, but I bet there are some they missed. Czech markings along with German. This is a real k98 using German parts and assembled (with Czech supervision and some intervention) by Germany. Sold to Ethiopia post war as part of a contract, has Ethiopian coin embedded in stock and painted rack number. Has not been cleaned or shot by myself, functions well except for a frozen safety wing (likely a burr or lots of old grime). Some shallow hairline cracks in the stock from dry storage, nothing structural it seems. Awesome piece of history.
Asking $1500 for all three, or $475 for m48 #1, $400 for m48 #2, and $650 for the k98. Shipping for all three rifles would be approximately $60 and would be shipped separately. Shipping for one rifle is $30. Will only ship to an FFL, no C&R. Will accept Cashapp, PayPal, or personal check.
