I "pulled targets" at a local 1,000 match over the holiday. I took a picture
with my phone standing at the 1,000 yard line. You might have to expand
the photo. The 1,000 yard targets are the far, uppermost targets in the trees.

Once I get my loads set up for the 223 with the can we should hit it up. It's been a long time since I've gone that distance with anything.

I always have the tactical mosin that can get there.

Here's 1600y at my spot; a dry lake bed with a natural 50ft berm all the way around. It's about 2 miles away on an off road trail right from my front door. The Sisters are in much better view on sunny days.
