This letter to the editor, if not a hoax, is the rantings of a properly indoctrinated true believer in the lib agenda. They blindly follow their leader and ascribe to the idea that those of us who work should provide for those who choose not to. They have no ability to reason or use logic, at least in the scope of politics. The person says that the right wants to instill fear in all who disagree with them - seems to me that a healthy dose of fear would be a good learning step when it comes to trampling on the rights of others.

Upon further research... it appears that no one is sure if this is real or satire. But some of the language queues point to the satirical.

On the other hand, I am retired Army going to school in the pearl district, and some of the drivel that these kids come up with is amazingly stupid, not to mention batbubblegum crazy in general. Sad looking future.

I used to live in North Carolina, and worked on both sides of the state, in Raleigh and Asheville. Let me tell you, the mountainous region is definitely full of hippies and liberals. I think the state resembles WA in many ways- there is a very strong Democrat/Republican split. You've got all the rural, country, farm folks, and all the city people all jammed into one state.

The thing I find most humorous is the mention of both Hawaii and Chicago being great places to live devoid of crime. Hawaii is loaded with some huge drug issues, and Chicago... well their reputation precedes them in violent crime and gun violence (although I like the city as a place to visit and eat). People like to believe they live in happy fairy land without going out and experiencing the world as it is, unlike what I tried to do before I came back here to live in WA.

You might think so but I believe it.

The reason being is if you did not know Biden, let let's say he is an average citizen.

And you read his comments in a paper you would think it is satire but it is not. Biden is dead serious when he speaks no matter how stupid it is. And he is not the only one who speaks like that.

Imagine if Obama spoke with out a prompter? I beer he would say some great things.

Being a real 2nd amendment activist and very public about it I've spoken to many libtards in person who spouted even more inane propaganda. An intelligent person might believe it's satire because it's so, well, inane.. but it could easily be a real letter

I was even told at an initiative gathering table by a bible thumping female "he who lives by the sword shall die by the sword" (she was misusing the passage, I have basically memorized accurate scripture)

I answered instantly "Yes, and many who do not live by the sword also die from it". That shut her yap quickly
