Lame .They're faked a lot actually. Those same companies that make Frost knives at $2/unit can sell a cold steel fake on eBay for $200. That may be cheap to you, but $150 or so goes a long ways in China.

There is a distinctive line that follows the edge on both sides of the blade on mine. I tried to take a couple photos to show this. Let me know if You need any other pics. I paid $369.00 for this and I don't regret it. It's my SHTF slicer.

It is called the "Hamon" "the line" It is different then a sword of course...Here are couple photos of mine. I bought this back in 2000. If that makes a difference. I hope this helps.
