It is illegal in TX to carry a knife with a blade over 5 1/2", a Bowie knife (could never find out how that is legally defined), or a tomahawk. If that twerp had used a real fighting knife there would have been a LOT of fatalities. Of course if you're going to go postal with a blade you don't care about such restrictions.

Dave, you boobood in your last line. You said Colleges and universities restrict carry to LE in WA. Not completely so. The UW does, and MOST CC (not all, south sound CC has no restrictions) But WSU only restricts students. The LAW restricts no-one.
