This is a Nodak Spud lower, Fulton Armory upper, Fulton Armory 1/8 chrome lined pencil barrel, and USGI stock set. After I built it in 2016 I had a licensed gunsmith inspect it for headspace, gas block alignment, and any potential issues. He gave it a clean bill of health and I subsequently fired approximately 500 rounds through it. I have not taken it out of the safe ever since. If you don't want the lower receiver I will keep the lower receiver and deduct $200.
