Then you should be able to get very consistent shoulder datum measurements (bump), with good brass I can stay within .002" but it can vary as much as your experiencing if the brass's case weights vary that much over the lot of them. I dont know if its a direct correlation but since 223 brass is cheap or nearly free (range pickup) I started with Federal cases once fired bulk buy and bumping those shoulders varied a lot more... I adjusted my target lower accordingly to assure none would pass at max. More recently I bought some new virgin Starline brass and those have been very consistent.
As for affecting accuracy, I have not yet experienced large shoulder variations affecting accuracy/precision so thats not something I worry about, just doing it to extend brass life.

Well, you moved to Washington, then half of California said "Hmmm, Jim moved to Washington, lets see if we can ruin it" then moved there and turned it into Western North Korea. I'd be pretty fickin' wary, too.

I did but I will no doubt pick it back up once the RV is setup. I'll have to build a ramp for Mrs. Caveman, she can't do the steps anymore.

Thanks Brian, the property is in flood zone X, is high and dry plus actually slopes towards the road, I've got 8' of elevation in the back…

AND my neighbors are all hunters and fishermen, I hope I don't piss em off when the AR's need to stretch their legs…

8' of elevation. That's high ground in the Sunshine State. You're probably going to have to put a beacon on it so the planes don't hit it.
I would love to move to Florida.
